Can I preview my figure before placing the order?
Yes. After uploading your photos and selecting the figure type and customization options, you can generate a visual preview before placing your order. The preview is usually ready in about one minute, although generation time may vary. After your order is placed, our team will prepare or refine the model used to create your personalized figurine.
What photo formats can I upload?
Please upload your photo in JPG or PNG format. PDF files are not supported. If the upload does not work, try another browser, check your connection, or upload a different image.
Do you ship worldwide, and how much is shipping?
We ship to many countries and regions. Standard shipping is free on orders of $79 or more. Expedited and express shipping may be available for an additional charge. Available destinations, shipping methods and applicable charges are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Because every figure is personalized and production begins quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Enter it on our Track Order page to view the latest delivery updates.
