Can I preview my figure before placing the order?

Yes. After uploading your photos and selecting the figure type and customization options, click “Generate 3D Model.” Your preview is usually ready in about one minute.

What photo formats can I upload?

Please upload your photo in JPG or PNG format. PDF files are not supported. If the upload does not work, try another browser, check your connection, or upload a different image.

How long will production and delivery take?

Custom production usually takes 2–6 business days. Total delivery generally takes around 12–21 days, depending on the destination and excluding customs delays, weekends, and holidays.

Do you ship worldwide, and how much is shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders over $79 qualify for free shipping, while orders under $79 are charged $12.99. Local taxes or customs fees may apply.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Because every figure is personalized and production begins quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
